Choose from over 90 significant buildings to visit during DOORS OPEN OTTAWA — a free, annual event celebrating our city's architecture, culture and built heritage. Many participating buildings such as the French Embassy and the recently completed British High Commission are normally closed to the public, helping make this a highly anticipated and popular event each year.

CLICK HERE for the full list of participating buildings.  A two-page printable guide is also available to help plan your weekend in advance.

Please note that the following buildings participating in Doors Open 2024 require pre-registration: the Diefenbunker: Canada’s Cold War Museum, Chaudière Falls, British High Commission, Cancer Research Lab at The Ottawa Hospital, Embassy of Hungary to Canada/Birkett Castle, Embassy of the United States of America, French Embassy in Canada, and the Ingenium Centre.

Visit the City of Ottawa website for details and more information.
