RHPOA Annual Potluck Picnic and BBQ
As a resident of Rothwell Heights, you are cordially invited to our Annual Potluck Picnic and BBQ:
DATE: Saturday 4 June 2016
TIME: 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.
LOCATION: Birdland Park (Middle Level)
Bring a favourite dish to share. Renew your membership. And enjoy a catch-up with your neighbours, some games with your children, and the general ambience of an outdoor picnic. Please also consider bringing your own cutlery and drinking cups (as well as favorite drinks) to reduce plastic and other waste. As usual the Association will provide BBQ’d hotdogs, condiments, and drinking water.
Can you loan a table for the event? Can you help with clean-up afterward? Are you interested in helping arrange races or games for children of all ages? If so, please contact us or get in touch with a Board member. Your participation helps make this event fun for everyone!
